Inez Marie Parker
July 23, 1934 - July 15, 2020
We lost a wonderful, brave, strong and beautiful mother, wife, grandmother, great grandmother, daughter, sister and friend on July 15, 2020. Inez Parker passed away at the Glendive Medical Center in Glendive, Montana. She was 85 years old. A Private Family Funeral Service will be held with Father Silvester Anthonysami officiating. Interment will take place at Wibaux County Cemetery in Wibaux. Silha Funeral Home of Wibaux has been entrusted with the arrangements. Inez was born on July 23, 1934 in Wibaux County, the eighth of ten children of John Joseph and Lucille (Tarbell) Weyer of Wibaux. Inez grew up on the family farm and graduated with the class of 1952. Through her classmate Bonnie Parker, Inez was introduced to Donald Parker. Donald and Inez were married on October 7, 1953 and celebrated sixty-six years together. Inez and Donald resided in Wibaux County for the majority of their married life, raising five children. Our mom was a very hard worker, whether at home gardening, sewing, canning or in her many years she spent as the Support Services Supervisor at the Wibaux County Nursing Home. Mom enjoyed, so much, her grandkids. They always managed to get a giggle out of her and, for us kids, that was the best sound ever! Some of our favorite memories growing up was the smell of mom’s fried chicken on Sundays, her made from scratch maple bars, and warm cookies from the oven after school. Inez was preceded in death by her parents, John Joseph and Lucille; her brothers, Victor, Elmer, Sylvester, Floyd, Loraine, Bobbie and Raymond; her sister, Lillian also passed away at age 85, in 2016, and son-in-law, Ole Radke. Inez is survived by her husband, Donald; her children, Charlene (Dennis) Hurd, Pam Radke, Kelly (Ron) Fink, Susan (Dennis) Germann, and Scott Parker; her sister, Jean Jacobson; eight grandchildren, Shannon DuMolt, Tyler, Luke and Randy Radke, Bailee and Hazen Fink, Kyle and Shane Germann and nine great-grandchildren.
