Gwen Marshall Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Gwen Marshall, age 48 of Billings, Montana passed away on Saturday, May 14, 2022 at her home in Billings. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 PM on Thursday, May 26, 2022 at the Silha Funeral Home in Glendive, Montana with Pastor Chuck Rushing officiating. Silha Funeral Home of Glendive has been entrusted with the arrangements. Gwen was born on December 3, 1973 to Roy and Kathleen (Wilburn) Marshall in Glendive. The family moved to California when Gwen was young and she was raised and educated there. Following her education, Gwen started her own family and was busy at home raising her children and caring for her home. In 2007, Gwen moved back to Glendive where she worked as a waitress at the Trail Star and CC’s Café. She later moved to Billings in 2021 and was residing there at the time of her death. Gwen loved her family; she cherished the time spent with her children and especially loved the time spent with her grandchildren. Gwen loved the 4th of July and always enjoyed dressing up for Halloween. Gwen was a beautiful, caring, fun person with a heart of gold. She loved everybody she met. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Alve Wilburn and Betty Thompson; her paternal grandparents, Richard and Lilian Marshall, one grandson Michael Stevens and one niece Delilah Garness. She is survived by her mother, Kathleen (John) Bennington of Glendive; her father, Roy (Karen) Marshall of Butte, Montana; five children, Nicole (Ricardo) Rojas of Idaho Falls, Idaho, Lacey Pollard (Michael Stevens) of Glendive, Asia Pollard of Arizona, Cheyenne Marshall of California and Cruz Rodas of Glendive; eight grandchildren; her sister, Faith (David) Garcia of California, her brother, Billy Mclain of Glendive, her sister, Brandy Bennington of Glendive, half- sister Misty Bennington of Glendive, half-sister Crystal Bennington of Alabama, half- brother Johnnie Bennington of Alabama and her half-sister, Kyle Marshall Farmon of Butte and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
